STATE OF THE ART FACILITIES
New Wide Group's manufacturing facilities boast a monthly output of 5 million pieces. With a dangle system and auto manufacturing, we ensure efficiency and consistency in our production process. Our auto warehousing and intelligent data center further enhance our facilities' functionality, allowing us to deliver high-quality finished garments to our customers.
GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN
Our operation's headquarters are split between J.J.'s Mae's office in San Francisco and New Wide's main office in Taipei, TW. These, along with our global sales, manufacturing and logistics sites, have the diversity needed for quick communication and to mitigate supply chain disruptions. We have a variety of COOs available depending on product specifications and our customers' needs, including Duty Free options.
SUSTAINABILITY FOCUSED
Our fabric and garment manufacturing sites take pride in meeting the highest sustainability standards. We were early adopters and are current members of many eco certification programs. We have a carbon neutral plan that includes dye house wastewater purification, rainwater collection, emissions treatment and solar. We also offer a wide range of eco fabrications including organics, BCI Cotton and Recycled Polyester.
